		<description>Wow that is some sick weight your both were tossing around! Says alot about the box you train out of! Darren pumps out the strong backs and molds minds that have no limits! That was awesome work. Congrats to you both!!  I have to honest pretty envious of you both! You both inspire me to get back into full on training in 6 months.  All the best you both deserve it!</description>
