CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed for individuals of all walks of life. From the sedentary grandfather to the elite special forces soldier, from the stay at home mom to the professional athlete, CrossFit forges an elite level of fitness. It provides independent living to our grandparents, physical dominance to our athletes, and survival fitness to our men and women in uniform.

It is a program aimed at developing an equal balance of strength, endurance, and mobility through a variety of almost randomly selected exercises that closely mimic natural human movement. These movements are performed for short, medium, and long durations at as high of an intensity that each individual can physically and psychologically tolerate within their current fitness level.

Our training methods are tailored to both the experienced and inexperienced CrossFitter. Whether you have worked out your whole life and are looking for something new or have no experience working out and are a bit intimidated because of this, our program can work for you.

CrossFit is universably scalable. We don’t change the program because you’ve never worked out in your life, your a 50 year old grandmother, or you are trying out for the RCMP. It is our intention that these three groups, or any other group for that matter, are looking for the same type of life changing fitness. Some are looking for functional dominance while others are merely trying to attain functional competence. We will scale load and/or intensity but the program itself stays the same.

We also offer nutritional recommendations to help you reach your goals. Whether it’s to merely avoid sickness or to push your performance to the top, we can help you get there.
