How to get started/Fees
*Before you join a CrossFit Program you must complete Foundations or a Langley Bootcamp*
Foundations is required for two reasons:
1. For you Safety – You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout
2. No One is Left Behind – After completing Foundations you will be able to jump in a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned.

CrossFit Foundations sessions teach movements for optimal performance in the CrossFit program.
