Front Squat 3-3-3 rest 120 sec between lifts

For a good time
50x Du’s
10x burpees
40x du’s
10x burpess
30x du’s

20x du’s
10x burpees
10x du’s
10x burpees

    front squat: 3×125, 3×150, 3×165, 3x175pr

    du’s/burpees time: 7:10 (last 10 burpees my feet were technically leaving the floor, but thats about it, deadly combo!)
